Preparation
1. Line 8 ½ x 12 inch baking sheet with parchment paper. Melt chocolate chips by placing in microwave safe container. Microwave for 30 seconds and stir. Continue until completely melted or about 1 ½ minutes total.
2. Immediately spread in an even layer on baking sheet. Sprinkle chopped almonds and dried cherries evenly across top. Press lightly into the chocolate. Sprinkle sea salt on top if desired.
3. Chill until firm. Cut into 1 x 2 inch pieces to serve.
