Preparation
1. In medium bowl, stir together soup, wine, sour cream and seasonings; set aside.
2. Spread cooked rice evenly in 9x13-inch glass baking dish, sprayed with cooking spray.
3. Top rice with layer of chicken, cheese, ham and pour sauce over all.
4. In small bowl, stir together melted butter and cracker crumbs. Sprinkle evenly over top of sauce. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes until lightly browned and bubbly.
